Use

T35-11 (BT35-11) series axial fan is a new type of fan improved and designed on the basis of T30-11 in the 1980s. It has obvious advantages compared with T30-11 fan:

Structural features

This series of fans has a total of 13 specifications from small to large. The number of blades for each specification is 4 pieces, and the blade angles are 15 °, 20 ° ,25 °, 30 °,35 °, with a wide range of parameters.

Installation instructions

■ Check the fan for damage and deformation before installation. If there is any damage or deformation, install it after repairing properly.

■ When installing, pay attention to check whether there are loose parts, the gap between the blade and the fan should be even, and should not touch.

■ The weight of the duct connected to the tuyere should not be borne by the air duct of the fan, and additional support should be added during installation.

■ A wind collector must be installed at the air inlet of the fan, and a protective net must be installed.

■ The base of the fan must be naturally engaged with the ground plane. Do not knock the base to force the connection to prevent the base from deforming. The base should be corrected during installation, add iron pads, maintain a horizontal position, and then tighten the anchor bolt.

■ After the installation is complete, the experiment must be conducted first, and the official use is allowed only after the operation is normal.
