6. Installation & Operation Guide

1. Installation: Mount the soft starter vertically in a well-ventilated control cabinet, leaving sufficient space for heat dissipation. Connect the power supply to L1/R, L2/S, L3/T terminals and the motor to T1/U, T2/V, T3/W terminals. Wire control signals and the RS485 communication interface as shown in the terminal diagram.
2. Commissioning: Adjust start voltage, start time, and stop time via the front panel knobs according to motor and load characteristics. Verify the power LED shows normal status before operation.
