Working Principle
The core working principle of the air heater is the energy conversion of “electric energy → thermal energy+wind energy”, and the specific process is divided into two steps:
Heating link: The internal electric heating elements (such as PTC ceramics and resistance wires) generate heat after being electrified, which converts electric energy into heat energy and raises the ambient air temperature.
Air supply link: The built-in fan operates to push the cold air to flow through the heating element to be heated, and then blow the hot air to the external space through the air outlet to realize rapid temperature rise.
Structural Composition
Three-dimensional box: the outer color square shell is the core accommodation structure of the equipment, and the core components such as motor and wind wheel are usually installed inside.
Control panel/wiring area: the red wiring terminal+switch area on the side of the box is used for power supply access and circuit control.
Air outlet/air inlet: a cylindrical structure with a red border on the right side, which is a channel for airflow transportation.
Warning sign: yellow label on the top of the box, which generally indicates safety precautions (such as power consumption and operation warning).
Connecting wire: white cable at the bottom of the box, which is used to connect the equipment with external power supply/control system.

Product Structure
The unit is made of metal, with an eco-friendly, high-temperature-resistant powder coating on the surface for heat resistance and insulation, and features an insulation layer in the middle.
It utilizes a stainless steel finned heating element. Made of stainless steel material, it is energy-saving and electricity-efficient, features rapid heat conduction, and offers a longer service life.
At its core is a large-diameter centrifugal fan on the front. The impeller and diffuser design rapidly push heat over long distances, enabling hot air circulation in large areas. The protective guard outside the fan prevents foreign objects from entering, ensuring safe operation.
The control buttons are located on the side of the unit, used to adjust the gear settings, set the temperature, control the fan speed, and power the machine on/off. Some models are also equipped with a temperature sensor to achieve constant temperature control.
