Comply with the requirements of explosion-proof mark Exd II BT4.

Product installation and instructions

CBF explosion-proof axial fan consists of explosion-proof motor, blades, air duct and other components. Before installation, it is necessary to check whether the fan is damaged or deformed, and ensure that all components are not loose, and the gap between the blades and the air duct is uniform. During installation, the fan base must be naturally connected to the foundation plane, and the base must not be forcefully connected by knocking to prevent deformation. After installation, it is necessary to conduct experimental runs and confirm that there are no errors before it can be officially used. Please note that the grounding of the fan casing or motor casing must be reliable, and it is prohibited to rotate in the opposite direction, operate at over rated current, or operate in phase loss. During use, the fan should be regularly maintained to ensure normal operation.
