Is it normal for the transformer to make a buzzing sound during operation?

A slight buzzing sound is usually a normal electromagnetic sound, but if the sound is abnormally loud or accompanied by noise, it may be due to loose iron core, winding deformation, or overload operation. It is necessary to stop the machine for inspection in a timely manner.

Check if the transformer load exceeds the rated value, strengthen heat dissipation, ensure the oil level is normal, and install cooling devices or adjust the load if necessary.

First, check if the input voltage is stable, and then check if the internal components are aging or damaged, especially the rectifier, filter, and feedback control circuit. If necessary, replace the components.

It may be caused by excessive load, short circuit or leakage. The load condition should be checked to ensure that the circuit connection is correct and there are no short circuits or leakage phenomena.

Check whether the potentiometer or control panel settings are correct, whether the internal circuit is poorly connected, and calibrate or replace the control components if necessary.
